Update Related Records - Need Deluge Assistance

Update Related Records - Need Deluge Assistance

Thank you in Advance.  I know enough to be dangerous - and i need help with a Deluge Script. 

I have two forms that are linked.

Client_Details - (One to Many) - Associations

I need a way to update specific fields on all of the related Associations when the Client_Details "Status" field is updated.

For the life of me i can't figure out how to do this.  I know it needs to be on a record save event on the client_Details form, but frankly i don't know what the Deluge code is to find the related Association records so i can update them.
