update selected records selected in list view report

update selected records selected in list view report

Hi

I have a report that i would like to run a custom function on the selected records. The user will select the records in list view, press the button, a form would appear to input some data and the selected records will update with the info on the form on success.

I'm relatively new to zoho and struggling to find how to do it.
