Update signature via API disabled. Why?

Hi Zoho Team,

Currently, it is not possible to update or fetch other user's signature through APIs in Zoho CRM.
But some time ago, this was perfectly possible in API V2. So much so that we created the Bybrand + Zoho CRM Integration with dozens of users using the partnership and loving.

But now, without any warning, Zoho no longer allows an admin to change other users' signature - via the API. Really, this is ridiculous for you.

I had good years with the Bybrand + Zoho CRM integration - and now it's all gone.

Why did you change that in API v2 - because initially the integration worked! Now I have to notify dozens of customers that the partnership with Zoho is over.

Zoho Team have plans to change that?
Why previously could I update the signature on other accounts? So much so that the partnership was created.

PLUS: I'm sending you an example of the error you're getting now when trying to read or update a signature.

Please try to fix this and get back to how it was before. It was such a good partnership, and it has helped many users to improve their email marketing campaigns.
