If you are converting a "sales order" to an "invoice", is there a way of updating a field "order status",..... automatically.

Can this be done through Enterprise workflow field update, or any alternative methods?

So to confirm, I'm wondering if field updates can be established automatically, when converting (Quote, Sales Order, Invoices)
