Updates to lookups in sales orders and quotes are not working
We use several fields to look up an item and the new look up limits us to product description and product code. Both of these are used multiple times to different customers. To differentiate the same code but different customers, we use other fields to look up a product for the sales order and quote. These other fields are no longer accessible.
We've written to zoho every day since the discovery on Thursday 11/13 and have heard only that the enhancements make the world better.
Not for me.
Does anyone have a recommendation for another CRM?
