Hi

I need to update the data in the Description Field across multiple Contacts (over 100) in Zoho CRM

 How do I do this as a mass update?      (there are too many to do individually)

I have tried exporting the contacts to Excel, updating, then importing back into Zoho CRM - but Zoho CRM will only let me add them as new Contacts - it won't let me tick the "Update Existing Contacts" option

Could you please advise on how to do this?
