Is there a way to perform a task when a Quote is cloned? 

I added a picklist containing two values "Original" and "Clone" to the Standard layout of the Quote.

I want whenever I clone a quote (using the clone quote button), the picklist on the clone gets changed to "Clone". Is there a way to achieve this?
