Updating Company Contacts

Hello,

Has anyone over come the limitation of not being able to send a primary contact a list of contacts associated with their company to update their permissions. We have some pretty big customers that want to have access to this area and we do not want to spend the money for the portal access to accounts. 

I was thinking of creating a form that they can fill-out and it will update the contacts information, but that doesn't fix getting them a list of the users associated to their account. Any thoughts or ideas from anyone?
