I'm trying to fix the contact/account data we have on CRM using the Zoho Sheet view, which works well, but I noticed that all the changes done are not replicated to Desk automatically. (if works if manually, I go on the Desk contact and hit the 'Update from CRM' button.

How come it's not automatically replicating?
