Updating new address at bottom of email. How do I do it?

Updating new address at bottom of email. How do I do it?

I can't seem to update the address. I did it in a place in 'settings' and it saved as the default. Now it's updated to an entirely different address, one that isn't even in that same place.

How do I manually update it????
