I'm trying to upgrade from Invoice to Books but have a couple of issues:

1 - the upgrade fails because of an error message that tells me to disable late fee in invoice. But it doesn't tell me where or how to do this. Can someone help and explain how to disable the late fee?

2 - I have already opened a trial of books before I realised I could upgrade. Does the organisation I created in the Books trial need to be deleted before attempting the upgrade from Invoice?
