I am testing the new territory management features for a Zoho Client, they own an "Old Professional" version.

I understand that in order to use this feature they will have to upgrade to the current (Enterprise) version. But I need to know:

- To what extend will be the customizations maintained if they upgrade from "old professional" to "professional" or "Enterprise"?.

- Is there any way to do a backup / export / import not only of the data but also of the current customized system features?
