Upgraded Account - Won't Unblock - User Storage Limit

I use Zoho CRM plus, and it is my understanding that it doesn't include Mail storage beyond the Free account, so I upgraded to the Standard Mail Account.

The link at the top of Mail does not work to unblock the account.  Per the instructions, I have to have a Zoho Rep unblock it.  Can you please do so?
