Upgrading from Old Professional to New Edition Professional

Upgrading from Old Professional to New Edition Professional

Hi -

I am considering upgrading to the old professional edition ($12/month) to the new professional edition ($20/month). When I follow the prompts and hit proceed with the upgrade, nothing happens.  The link does not goes anywhere. Is this upgrade possible?  What do I need to do?
