Upload a video into Drive and getting this error while playing the video file

Upload a video into Drive and getting this error while playing the video file

Whenever I upload a MP4 file into workdrive, I am getting this error while trying to play the file online. The file opens up when we try to download and then play but since I dont want to give download access to external users, they should be able to preview and play the files online. The error says "Sorry, we couldnt generate preview of the file, please download to view"
