Upload document to a group

How can I upload documents to a specific group?

I was able to upload documents to my Zoho Business account but I have not being able to move them (or upload them directly) to a group that I created it. I can add documents to the group by creating new ones using Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet, etc; however I would like to upload documents that I already created using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
