Dear Team,

I like to make upload mandatory when the case of the status is closed. 

I'm not able to set attachments as complusory in CRM. Please suggest the solution. 

We tried working on the condition layout where case is closed a field " attachments" set as complusory. However users are updating as 'YES' but not uploading attachment.
