Upload files

How can I upload a complete folder, as far as I´ve tried I have been able to upload to Zoho one small file at a time. I have one thousand files in one folder. Can somebody help me? I am administrator and I only have permission to upload one file at a time. The Superadministrator can however we do not know how to do it. please help. The superadministrator can upload the complete folders, however, I must to do it, not him and I don´t have the right permissions. He ask me about the way to give me the permissions but I don´t know. That´s why I need help.
