Upload leads - immediate error message
Hi
I have 160 leads in CVS format I wish to upload. I cannot even select the file. Can you help?
This is what happens:
- I got to - Import leads > Browse
- It opens a file menu - Windows (C) - windows - sytem32
- As soon as that opens, an error message comes up - "c:\users\Arlo\desktop is not acccesible - the directory name is invalid"
- I tried to click through it 'ok'. The error message disappears, the file menu stays open. I try to go into the correct location to find my CSV file - it shows nothing, only folders, and each new area I go into - a new error box comes up (same message).
- Basically I cannot upload any leads and I am stuck.
Please can you advise?
