Upload old PST files from Outlook to ZMail?

Upload old PST files from Outlook to ZMail?

Is it possible to migrate old emails from my .pst files in Outlook and get them into Zoho Mail? It would be nice to have at least the last 2 months worth of client emails all in one place because I refer to them quite a lot.

I currenly am on a 6000 user corporate MS exchange that I have no control over so it would have to be done from the client side.
