Upload outlook emails and contacts to Zoho?

I recently had my website redesigned and the developer introduced me to Zoho. In order to simply my life, I would like to know if it's possible for me to move all my emails, folders and contacts from MS Outlook 2007 to my Zoho account? I have about 5.5 GB of emails and contacts.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
