UPLOADED 2010 MS WORD OPEN WITH NULL ONLY

Good Morning -

Starting using Zoho a few weeks ago.  Have not done a lot with it, but I started playing with it the past couple of days. I use the Doc Manager to upload a 2010 Word Doc, and every time I open it it it says NULL.  But I can download it and it open perfect in MS OFFICE again.

Kinda defeats the purpose of ZOHO WRITER if you can open and edit the document online.

Is there a fix for this problem.  As a reseller I have a few clients looking to purchase accounts soon.
