UPLOADED 2010 MS WORD OPEN WITH NULL ONLY

UPLOADED 2010 MS WORD OPEN WITH NULL ONLY

OK.  for some reason my previous post here did not save.

I upload MS WORD Docs to Doc Manager.  Upload is successful.
I open to edit it, and it display NULL with this message

But I can download it and it opens in MS WORD perfect.

Kinda defeats to purpose of an online editor if you cant edit.

I hope this saves this time, and get corrected ASAP as I have a demo of ZOHO to clients next monday 08-13-2012.
