Uploading a new resume for an existing candidate

Uploading a new resume for an existing candidate

I want to replace an old resume with a new updated resume for an existing candidate.  There doesn't appear to be a way to upload a new Word document overwriting the old document. 

I realize I can view and edit the zoho document, but it is not the same a uploading a properly formatted source Word document.  Am I missing something?
