Uploading Contacts within Accounts

I am new to Zoho CRM. Slowly but surely I've been uploading all of our customers into the Accounts section. However, at the same time, I'd really like to upload the contacts for those accounts. I don't see any fields for this though in the mass upload section.

am I missing something? Or does anyone know of a way to do this? The only way I can think of now is to separately upload my contacts, then manually go through them and assign a company.
