[Workaround] Uploading large files to workdrive in subfolders
Hello,
I'm building a Form which requires to upload 2 files. A video (less than 500MB) and a related PDF, and the name of the company. I like to save these file in Workdrive under a folder named after the name of the company
Basically in Workdrive
TEAMS FOLDER / Forms / Company A / video1.mp4
TEAMS FOLDER / Forms / Company A / description1.pdf
TEAMS FOLDER / Forms / Company B / video2.mp4
TEAMS FOLDER / Forms / Company B / description2.pdf
The current challenge is that
- to be able upload file above 20MB, I can't create subfolders "Company A", "Company B" dynamically.
- to be able to create subfolders "Company A", "Company B" dynamically, I can't upload file above 20MB.
It is not important to have the files kept in forms. Other form fields will be pushed into CRM.
It is important to find the files sorted / grouped /... by Companies. (prefixing filename could be a solution)
Once files are uploaded in workdrive, they will be referenced in the CRM account of that company.
What would be the best strategiy to get this done from Form...
Or is there may be another angle I should approche this ? (from Workdrive may be, or CRM ? )
