Hello - I am trying to set up our CRM in Zoho and have hit a wall with what we need for our organization.  I am quite new to CRM admin, so any help is appreciated.

We receive leads, which consists of users needing medical assistance.

We also have organizations which consists of medical facilities that can assist potential leads.

When creating a lead, we select the orgs/facilities that might be able to accommodate the lead.  Those orgs are already in our system with an associated email address.

When we convert the lead to a contact, we want to automatically email all of the orgs/facilities that might have an interest in hosting the lead (ie, all of the orgs that we selected when creating the lead).

Despite my extensive googling on this topic, I am not able to find a way to do this.  I see that I can create an automatic action when a lead field is updated, however there is also a big "Convert" button at the top of the page, and most employees will just click that button to convert them to a contact.  I see no way to automate an email send when a user clicks "Convert".

Am I going about this wrong?  What I am trying to do is:

- When a user clicks the 'Convert' button at the top of the page

- We identify all of the organizations that are associated with the lead

- We send an email to all of those organizations
