URGENT !!

URGENT !!

I had two users under my account.
tariq@saptacarabia.com with user name > saptac1
saptac@saptacarabia.com with user name > saptac

tariq@saptacarabia.com was the admin of the account , but last week I requested a change of admin.

The admin role were maybe successfully changed but now I can't log in my other account. 
Also doing the password reset for the same does not help because it gives link to reset password of my other account.

Please fix this ASAP, I have been calling at the USA toll free number but there is no response from their also. Just a recorded message keeps playing asking me to record my message.

Hope this issue will be fixed ASAP.
