Urgent Actionable: Automation Assistance Required
If we have any customer issue to be resolved and we have mentioned that as a 'CASE' in ZOHO CRM.
Now, when the case is resolved for a particular Account/Contact, we need an Email Automatically sent to Contact Person, as soon as we update the status as 'Solved/Completed' wrt that respective CASE, to provide the client that the case is RESOLVED.,...
How can it be automated... Thus, as soon as the CASE is resolved and the status is changed to completed we need the confirmation email to be sent to that client automatically...

Also, we need to have a feature by way of which an automated email with 'BIRTHDAY TEMPLATE' is sent to the respective Contact person on his/her Birthday...
How to have this automation...

Concern:
The is the basic CRM fetaure that will bring the 'aha' factor to opur clients and also to 'us' (who happen to be your clients)... CRM is after all have the best in class Customer Responsiveness, whereby all that could be auromated should be automated..
Need an immediate resolution of the same...
