URGENT, All of my company's events are no longer showing up on my CRM. I can only see Tasks but no Sales or Lead Appointments.

Called Zoho but lines seem to be busy and had to leave message. Please advise. We need this issue to resolved immediately as our sales staff are not able to see what appointments they have today or this week. We currently have 43 members and pay $465/Month.
