Urgent - Call Log in Bigin

Urgent - Call Log in Bigin

How is it possible that Call logs don't register call time duration automatically?
On top of it.. I can't register time of call manually. It says invalid.

Is it a bug? Something not included in features? A problem with my phone or permits?
Please help!
