Urgent ... Client experiencing problem as of this morning !!!!

My client has just reported a problem (a popped up Stateless Form is no longer closing via script) ... nothing has changed on this App for a long time ... I tried to examine the code ... but the system goes into a never ending wait state as soon as I ask to see the code associated with a Button ... on both the Test and Production versions of this Application.
According to the client, problem only occurs on machines where the Browser was NOT closed from the previous day !!!
There is no change to the platform reported here https://help.creator.zoho.com/Feature-updates-and-bug-fixes.html ... but I see on a number of forum posts that some previously reported issues have been fixed ... does that mean that you are in the process of making changes ? ... Did the team make another update to the platform ?
Please contact me urgently ... as this client's business operations have come to a halt as a result ... this popup form is used to update Job Statuses !!!
