urgent - datatype changed avoid data truncation

just connect report from zoho creator to zoho reports database
all works well

but at first connection in zoho database there is changing of datatype (positive number -> decimal number)
why?

and how to leave in database first (positive number) datatype for column?

and what is "avoid data truncation"?
