Urgent Escalation Request - Severe Performance Issues and Errors in Zoho Desk

Hi,
I am experiencing a serious issue with my Zoho Desk account.

Since Sunday, we have been encountering error messages such as "Unable to process your request" when attempting to open new tickets or update information in existing tickets.

In addition to these errors, the entire system has become extremely slow, affecting both:

* Internal usage by our agents.
* The customer-facing Help Center and Knowledge Base experience.

At this point, we have been waiting for several days while operating with a system that is difficult to use and significantly impacts our ability to support our customers.

Could you please advise what can be done to expedite the investigation and resolution of this issue?

Is this problem affecting only our organization, or are other customers experiencing similar issues as well?

Could our use of a custom domain be related to these problems?

In any case, this issue is having a major operational impact on us, and I would appreciate any assistance in accelerating the resolution process.
