I have an urgent request before deploying Zoho CRM in my company.

All profiles and roles are well defined and all customizations required have been done.

The big issue is that my end users are frustrated by so many features displayed but with message : 'Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation' each time they click on disabled functions.

Exemple: On the homepage "upgrade" and "setup" are visible for all users but only used by administrator.

I looked for in all setup screens and documentations without finding a solution.
