URGENT HELP - EMAIL NOT WORKING VIA OUTLOOK

Hi there, i have emailed you, called and left a message and tweeted you and i am not getting any response, your phone line won't let me hold, i have to leave a message....

Since Friday morning, i can not receive or send any email via outlook on Zoho. Works fine on my gmail account but not Zoho.

I have spoken to Microsoft and they believe the problem is with your server as my outlook is saying 'cant connect to zoho server' they have sent a ping via terminal and it is not responding. 

This is my business email and it could be detrimental if this is not rectified immediately.
