URGENT: my account has been de-activated

URGENT: my account has been de-activated

I've had to create a new zoho account in  order to access this forum. 

About 18 hours ago our account support@shopping2do.com became inactive with no explanation.

We immediately sent an urgent support email as soon as we discovered this but have yet to receive a reply, let alone a solution.

This email has all our current customer support enquiries, and unlike ZOHO, apparently, we respond in a timely manner.

This is a disaster for us and needs to be fixed immediately and the emails restored.
