Urgent! - My email is being flooded and it seams like Spam filters are not working

yesterday morning I woke up to find that my inbox had more than 1000 Unread Mail All of which are spam (flooding) they doesn't contain anything usefull, Just the sheer size of it is enough to render my life hell, I found couple of signatures in the SMTP header wrote script that uses IMAP to delete all spam emails based on these signatures It worked well, I also rejected all SPF and DKIM faild emails, everything was fine except that I noticed that no important Email do reach my inbox at all, (for example using my gmail other email, or twitter New Sign up Alert) and others ..
please help asap.
