Urgent: new user shows up as pending in invitation list

Hi there,

I am moving my mail services from GoDaddy to Zoho Mail and have successfully verified the domain 2wells.com. I've created 3 users and 2 of them got created just fine but the 3rd, info@2wells.com has been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. 

There is a very quick short red message showing up when I try to create that last user but it disappears too fast to be able to read it. 

This is urgent because the info@2wells.com email address is my main account to receive email and at the moment any email sent to this address comes back as "user unknown"! Eeks!
