URGENT !! - PLEASE HELP UNDO!
I had just spent two hours drafting an email - which i had of course saved the draft versions of -- then, somehow, not by me - there was some portion of the email highlighted while I was typing and then when I typed again, the entire email disappeared!!! I CANNOT SEEM TO UNDO. THE VERSION NOW SAVED IN DRAFT IS THE BLANK EMAIL. WHAT HAPPENED??????
Why is it every time I decide to give zoho, one more go, THIS STUFF HAPPENS??? I am sick to my stomach. WHY CAN'T I UNDO WHAT APPEARED TO BE SOME RANDOM DELETE THAT I DID NOT INITIATE??
