Hello there, my group are doing an assignment/presentation in zoho docs but we are unable to send the link to our teacher so she can view it without having to create an account or set a password. All the help functions say to change the visibility however we don't have this option. I can see how to do it but it won't let me change it for this file and this one only

I can see in the properties that it is already set to public but it says 'unpublished' not sure if this has anything to do with our problem?

Your urgent help would be greatly appreciated as we need to hand it in a few hours and we need to get this working....don't want to have to start the presentation again (this would be the third time etc).

Lastly, please explain as simply as possible...you are dealing with technically challenged people here :P
