On my Mail account I went over the 5 gig allowance. I got blocked. Fair enough. I apologise.
But I have had no help in unblocking it.
Following the help links takes me to place where I cannot upgrade even. I simply get a page saying I don't have permission to view the Mail access. See attached. Also another page, also attached saying you can't process my request and to contact support - which I have done numerous times.
I have deleted masses of emails, having worked out how to save them. But my account is still showing it's over 100%
But now I'm stuck. It's been 2 days and this is my main work email, so it's very URGENT and I have contacted support with no resolution after several emails.
PLEASE HELP
Also, please let us upgrade easier, rather than being left thrashing around in the dark.
