URGENT - Sender Address Blocked

Dear Zoho Team, 

Due to a testing bug last night, our email account sent several test emails and blocked, it took us 3 - 4 attempts to have this identified and fixed. 

However, out main info@konfio.mx email account got blocked and we are now not able to unblock it. Can you please assist!? This is extremely urgent for us since all programmed communication goes through here. 

Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

We basically cannot do business without this account, please give this maximum urgency.
