URGENT: support@zohoaccounts.com is non responsive
Hi, I am trying to create a master password for my account. However, I am not able to do it using the regular form because my 'primary email ID' is hosted by Zoho.
When I try to create a password for my account, it says, please send a mail to
support@zohoaccounts.com. However, I sent an email yesterday morning, and there has not even been an acknowledgment.
I need to access one of the email accounts on our domain urgently for legal requirements, and I've forgotten the password and need to reset it. However, it cannot be reset without using the master password, and the master password cannot be generated without manual intervention by Zoho.
Because it's a legal matter, there's no way around this. What can I do?
