Since Friday we have not been able to send emails. We are getting the error: Unable to connect SMTP server:smtpout.mail.zoho.com Reason:Authentication failed:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked
However, when we click to get unblocked, it says there are no blocks on our account. It is very critical that we are able to send emails for our company. Please advise ASAP.
Our company is Specialty Marine.
