I have created an URL field in Module Contact called "LinkedIn" in order to put their the link to the LinkedIn profil of the contact (example :  http://fr.linkedin.com/in/olivierbasso/en)

In the contact module , when you click on this field it opens a new page in your browser and go to the specific url, that's fine.

But when I display this field in a Reports, the url fied is no more an hypertext link, but just simple text on the screen, and also if you export the report as an Excel sheet or a PDF file.
