URL Link to change the value of a decision box in a specific record

Hello my Zoho-ites,

I've been reading the user guide section, but cannot solve the issue I'm trying to make.

I would like to provide a link to a decision box to change the value from false to true by clicking on it.   Does anyone know how?   I don't want the user to view the record.
