I keep most of my notes in Evernote and link to them from within Contacts or Accounts in Zoho CRM. On the web, these links work as they should, but on the mobile apps, the links just appear as text and thus do not allow me to click and jump to the relevant notes.
This is a huge problem for me as I am now hoping to rely on the mobile apps when in the field, but without the ability to use the links, the usability of the mobile apps is greatly diminished.
Does anyone know if Zoho is aware of this issue and/or if it will be fixed soon?
