URL to Workdrive

Namaste,

Trust you are all doing well. I looking to see if there is a solution to our use case.

We typically receive files from our client who manage their own cloud via a link which is around 5-10 gb, every time we have to download to one of our local computers and then move them to our shared workdrive folder so that all my team have access to those files. 

Is there a way / service that helps us in avoiding the middle step where we don't have to download the files locally and upload them back to work drive. What I am looking for is a service that takes the URL and syncs those files to a designated folder on work drive. Possible?
