I have a few usability requests that would make our Zoho experience much improved. I'm sure others could use the same things as well.
1. Allow tighter views & spacing of Contacts & Companies. I hate all the scrolling I have to do through information.
- no double/triple spacing between items and fields.
- enable 3 & 4 columns in contact views rather than just 1 and 2
2. Allow files to be cut and paste into notes and attachments.
3. Enable a refresh information sharing from contacts to companies after updating the mapping.
4. Import categories from Outlook.
5. Allow name editing in Leads & contacts without opening the new edit page. Also allow the leads to have the name blank. Many times we don't know our contacts name, only the company.
6. Keep the top tab line visible at all times when scrolling down a page.
7. Make it so we can choose to always open a new window when clicking on items. (The current Right click and select takes extra time). It would be helpful to set our own default on this.
8. When we open new windows/tabs for contact and companies, enable the browser tab to have the name on it rather than everything showing Zoho CRM-Contact. It makes going back and forth from multiple contacts and companies difficult.
9. Have company name automatically listed when we create activities for a lead/contact.
10. Create highlighting within notes & description sections.
11. Allow for calendars, activities, etc. to be viewable on the right hand side of all pages.
